Subscription services offered by CPE Sites are intended solely for the benefit of the individual subscriber, including users assigned through corporate accounts. Account sharing and paid subscriber newsletter sharing/redistribution are strictly prohibited. Occasional referral of paid newsletter is allowed. CPE reserves the right to terminate subscriber accounts and seek compensation arising from illegal use and/or redistribution.

Refund policy
CPE offers subscription and newswire services, on individual or yearly basis; you may renew or cancel your yearly subscription on or before the end of your term. As our subscription is a service, we don’t offer a refund.
Jurisdiction and applicable Law
CPE, CPE Sites and contents are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. All disputes in relation to CPE or CPE Sites shall be subject to an Ontario court.
